If the prospect engages LaunchFirst, you receive a one-time commission per the AR agreement on the initial executed engagement value. Commissions are not paid in perpetuity. Commissions apply only to the initial executed engagement unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Get paid fast
Get paid fast — generally within 48 hours of client receipt and financial settlement. IRS Form 1099-NEC issued per applicable reporting thresholds.
COMMISSION TERMS
One-time commission on the initial executed engagement.
Commissions are paid one-time on the initial executed engagement. No commission on renewals, expansions, or future services unless separately agreed in writing. Commission amounts are fixed referral fees defined in the AR agreement and may not equal a specific percentage of package pricing in all cases.
Authorized Representatives are independent contractors and are solely responsible for their own tax obligations. IRS Form 1099-NEC issued per applicable reporting thresholds.
