David is a seasoned C-level executive with over 35 years of leadership across investment banking, private asset management, renewable energy, and entrepreneurial ventures, consistently transforming complex opportunities into high-performing, institutional-grade results. Drawing on decades of experience managing institutional portfolios in the billions of dollars, he has led capital formation across global debt and equity markets, executing sophisticated cross-border transactions, structured finance solutions, M&A mandates, IPO preparation, and private placements for discerning investors.

Recognized for building and scaling high-performing organizations, David has founded, grown, and successfully exited companies in technology, clean energy, and EPC development, while also serving in top leadership roles for investment funds and asset management platforms. Throughout his career, he has cultivated deep relationships with investment banks, family offices, institutional investors, and sovereign wealth entities, enabling him to architect financing structures that align capital efficiency with rigorous compliance and fiduciary standards.

His renewable energy work has spanned large-scale wind and solar developments, LEED and sustainable construction, complex tax credit and project finance structures, and long-term power purchase and off-take agreements with major utilities. A natural communicator and dealmaker, he has led investor roadshows, executive presentations, and sales and marketing teams of up to 50 professionals, consistently driving both revenue growth and stakeholder confidence.

David’s leadership philosophy blends strategic vision, disciplined execution, and a global perspective shaped by decades of international banking and business travel. He brings to the boardroom and the C-suite a rare combination of founder’s grit, institutional polish, and transaction-driven rigor, positioning him as a sought-after advisor to investors, boards, and senior leadership teams navigating high-stakes growth, transformation, and capital market initiatives.

Sean

Capital Markets and Banking Expert

Sean brings more than 19 years of experience in institutional capital raising, strategic advisory, and investor relations across real estate, private markets, and alternative investments. His background includes working with institutional investors, family offices, private equity groups, and high-net-worth investors on capital formation initiatives, transaction structuring, and long-term growth strategies.

Prior, Sean worked for a prominent firm, where he worked in the REIT division and gained extensive experience in institutional real estate products, investor communications, and large-scale capital markets operations. This experience helped shape a deep understanding of institutional underwriting standards, investor expectations, and sophisticated deal execution.

Throughout his career, Sean has been involved in raising and coordinating capital across a wide range of transactions and business sectors, with a focus on helping companies and projects present with greater transaction readiness, strategic clarity, and market credibility.

Hunter

Accounting and Financial Analyst Expert

Hunter founded LaunchFirst to compress the time and cost between an operating idea and a fundable entity, and serves as Senior Accounting and Financial Analyst on every engagement — leading the accounting build-out, three-statement modeling, and diligence-ready financial packaging.
